This page is for setting up  appointments for telephone consultations.  In other words, it is to avoid phone tag and so that folks can find a time where they can have their relevant information with them so that the consultation will be more meaningful and fruitful.

However we do have normal business hours where you can come visit us in-person as well.  However  all in-office personal appointments require 24 hour advance notice.  You can schedule an in-office appointment by calling us at 804.549.7240 or 804.935.8549.  [Or you can use the contact us page on our website and just mention a time and date at least 24 hours in advance, and we will get back to you fairly quickly.]

Because like most people we find ourselves multi-tasking quite often and, as such, we find that our access to email is often greater than our ability to get to the phone –especially if we are at the courthouse or travelling between business meetings or real estate closings or what not!

Once you are on the contact/appointment email form, please provide your name, email address and telephone number. It’s optional but helpful if you also tell us in one or two lines what kind of case you have (for example, divorce, criminal, real estate, wills and trusts, traffic etc)

You can request any time to have a telephone consultation any time you’d like (even the same day) but we normally need at least 2 hours advance notice and we ask that you request a time in the AFTERNOON.

[We serve most of Central Virginia: Including the City of Richmond, and the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent, Dinwiddie, Caroline as well as Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Fort Lee as well as the surrounding counties.  We handle even more areas in Bankruptcy Cases simply because of the jurisdictional/venue requirements of the Richmond Bankruptcy  Court.  Bottom line:  Just ask us if we can handle your case.]
